I would just like to thank all of the staff but in particular, Moniaue on reception. My son had an accident at nursery which resulted in him needing to be checked over sooner rather than later. Moniaue took one anxious Mum on so calmly and professionally and went above and beyond to secure an appointment for my son. We then couldn't make it as traffic from Penwortham to Tarleton worked against us. An appointment was then secured for us today and I'm happy to say again, the staff were all fantastic with Thomas on his first trip to the dentist. Moniaue on hearing Thomas's name as we checked in came over to ask how he was and again at the other end of the appointment. Thank you for being so helpful and ensuring he was seen as soon as possible! A credit to the practice! The dentist and dental nurse who saw Thomas were so lovely with him too, even though he was a bit of a grump because I'd had to wake him from his nap! Thank you all!

Because of this, I avoided the dentist and neglected my oral health, including a tooth that needed extracting for years. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredible. Zainab and Anum were especially amazing — they helped calm me at every appointment and made me feel safe and understood. Thanks to their kindness and patience, I’ve finally overcome a fear that’s affected my life for a decade (even therapy hadn’t helped as much). After several appointments, a couple of fillings, and finally having that tooth extracted, I can now eat properly, smile with confidence, and feel like I’ve got my life back. A huge thank you to the reception team for being so kind and getting me seen so quickly, and to the entire dental team for treating me with such compassion. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
